This collection comprises of thrown ware which has been burnished to a smooth finish and decorated using the raku firing method. Horse hair and sugar are applied to a heated pot at precisely timed moments to create delicate black and white carbon trails and smoke patterns.
This pot is a sculptural piece, therefore it is not food safe or waterproof.
