This sculptural pot references the expression of love, friendship and community. The human figures are interlinked in a geometric pattern and a heart motif fills the space between them.
The main body was hand thrown on a pottery wheel and the figures were modelled thereafter. The outer surface has been covered with a manganese bronze glaze. The interior is covered in a glossy black glaze, and so the pot can hold liquids if desired.
